Headphone mic not working

Today I plugged my headphones in my laptop it was  working fine 

But after plugged back in my phone its mic not working, other person can't hear my voice ...it was working fine before plugged in laptop

The speakers may be ok but mic is not. Did you test the mic while on laptop?
