Having problems with type c earphones

Good Afternoon Samsung users 

Today I got new Huawei Type C earphones from a family friend ,now I'm trying to use them and my phone(Samsung A12) is showing a message which says this connected USB device isn't supported.....Can anyone please help me 😔😔😔🙏🙏🙏🙏

They are damaged I can't use them ,,,I'm using the A12

My A12 it's says The connected USB device isn't supported. Why? It's only charging when I connect to monitor
