Haven't got one ui 4.0

It's been weeks now asking for the one ui 4.0 update on the galaxy A12, still haven't received the update, Samsung at it again with the poor customer service 🚮

I've been waiting too. I have A22, my brother has a A12 and he got the update in July

So I have no idea what's the hold up. I contacted Samsung and they advise I take my device to accredited technician at Samsung to reload the software.
