We normally received the gift in the store, especially with Huawei but with Samsung, I guess it's the other way around

I purchased x2 Samsungs in November 2024 I'm still awaiting om my gifts.

I have at least the rep (consultant) who was assisting me with the purchasing of the products she follow up on my behalf or so I guess
