Galaxy A2. chek your device health using Device care from settings.
3. If not solve reset your phone settings from setting - General management- reset setting only.
4. chek your phone update if available please update your phone.
5. If not solve contact service centre.

Galaxy A1. Install only necessary applications
2. don't install unnecessary apps which is can make device lagging
3. Don't use device while its charging
4. If u have received the updates dont update it immediately wait for other users experiences post update
5. Keep enough space on device which is help you device functionality smoother
6 Settings>developer option>Background process limit >choose no background process
7. Optimise your device often using device care application
8. Restart the device once in every two days.....

Galaxy AFollow these steps to clear cache or reset of your phone using (factory reset)recovery mode
1.Turn off the phone (hold power button and select “Power Off” from the menu)
2.Now, press and hold Power+Home+Volume Up buttons..
3.Keep holding until device logo shows up and phone restarts again, you should enter recovery mode.
