Hanging and Restarting Issue is a Scam...?!!

Really frustrated with this issue. I am Facing this Hanging and Restarting issue for 1 month and still facing this issue

As a Moderator, I have shared so many links to the admin. I sent my Device Logs to the Tech Team but they said that its a Hardware issue and they advised me to visit service centre.

If I visit centre, they will advise me to change motherboard which will cost around 8500 including tax and service charges.

As I observed most of device facing this hanging and Restarting issue are Galaxy M30s, M31, M31s, A50, A50s, A51.

My view :

As they said it is a Hardware issue, How this issue happend for all the users at the same time...!!!!

The Most Common thing in Galaxy M30s, M31, M31s, A50, A50s and A51 is Exynos 9610 and 9611 

Think About It.......!!!!!

My mother's M30s started switching off and on back to back to back.

Samsung should answer this query

Seriously..the same issue happened with me. Firstly I was using M30s last year .Mobile suddenly switched off and not working. When I visited the service center they said mother board is not working.Luckily , there is warranty at that time . I Got the samsung voucher of the amount.Then I purchased M31S with the voucher .Initially I used to face hanging issue in whatsapp for 2 months of purchase. I visited the service center again and they updated the software and problem was resolved. Now from the past one month my M31S is suddenly restarting and I am really worried what if it stops working after the warranty is over. Such a poor quality phones being developed by Samsung India. After continuosly using samsung phones from past 8 years I feel that may be it's time to switch to other brands with the same life time and more performance.

Because same problem in my s20plus after April update, so many times call customer care but samsung side mother board issue or software bugs fixed next update, may going june update going but my problem continue my usual practice 3days once restart my mobile, but mobile restart normal immediately touch the screen open apps immediately hang and automatically restart, samsung members app automatically error report send so many times no changes, but no storage problem, no memory problem, no background running apps problem, that time I'm using bsnl 4g, after April update bsnl bandwidth not support,currently I'm using jio problem solved 👍

Ok one more time insert jio sim and this problem continue or solved, definitely i tell you this is not mother board issue
