hello, a30 doesnt have a very strong chipset to begin with, but it isnt weak as well. to help your phone perform a bit better you can toggle "reduce animations" in settings, it'll lighten up the animatnions of the phone, but not completely turn them off and lighten the pressure on the device. you can also go to settings > device care > three dots on top right corner > and turn on auto optimisation and auto restart, i have it set every day at 3 or 4 am. also try to get rid of apps that run in the background too much
