Hi everyone,
My HIYA service vanished after I updated day device to One UI 7. Does anyone know how to bring it back?
I've downloaded the official HIYA app however it needs a subscription meanwhile when it was offered by Samsung through the Phone App I was not paying for it.

I experienced a similar issue on my A33 5G. Although mine did not vanish completely, it just stopped working and no longer blocked or identified spam calls. I could also not mark calls as spam as the options were not showing. I finally fixed the issue by doing the following.
1. Go to settings -> apps.
2. Click on the search and then click on the sorting icon and toggle 'show system apps'
3. Then search for the Hiya service and clear cache and delete all settings.
3. Restart your phone and check.
Mine started working after doing this.
Hope this helps.

Thanks however it didn't work. I chatted with an agent who also failed to troubleshoot. However the HIYA Service app shoes on systems apps.
