HDFC mobile banking app

I find that the HDFC mobile banking app does not properly on my A8 star. The buttons in the bottom tab do not work. They work fine on C9 Pro and A9 Pro

Can someone help.

Done but to no avail. Hdfc app works fine on multiple Samsung phone, except A8 star. Surely a bug in the phone

do the following steps
1 reinstall your app don't worry for any thing data loss or any thing else
2 if 1 step not work for you add your app or Install your bank app in secure folder any try there

3 only option your have to reset it after taking backup with smart switch app.

this is due to any resion so don't worry about it it happens some time I also face these type of problem in past. be smart with you smartphone
