HAVING A PROBLEM WITH GALAXY A13

Good evening I have a problem with my a13 when someone call my phone doesn't show details (name and contact) 

Can someone 1 help me pls

I think that is related to the service provider such as Vodacom or MTN. You will need to call them to enable it.
