I changed my screen protector and the screen looked oily. I tried to clean it multiple times but nothing worked. I applied a new protector but the grease was still there

Clean screen with CTC (Carbon Tetra Cleaner).
You can get bottle from any mobile shop easily in 50-100 Rs. Or just ask mobile shopkeeper to clean screen for you.

No brother. Kerosine oil may also remove oleophobic coating of screen. Never use that on display.
Alcohol based CTC is good. It doesn't remove any other coating except Grease used for sticking purpose.
