Hello, i faced some technical issues after recent updates, from what i noticed : -Abnormal heatings during playing games even at low graphics. -Microphone and Speaker during phone calls, sometimes doesn't work at all and requires me to restart the phone each time it gets disabled and not working...Even the 3.5mm jack, my phone version is SM-A715F/DS its frustrating, any solutions soon from the developers to fix this issues?
You can perform a soft reset operation,which may help you.
Push the Power button for a few seconds.If the menu pops up select Power off and enter your pattern or password.After that wait for a couple of seconds.Then turn on the mobile with the Power key.
