Before updating to UI8 my mobile was on October play system updates and as I was having screenshot issue so advised to wipe data and check.

After factory resetting it came down to July play system updates and not updating further indicating it is up-to-date
Today reported to samsung and awaiting resolution

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. It happens whenever you factory reset...but it will resolve once google pushes the latest patch..probably the November patch

It's correct but it should get updated to latest version as it happens with all other apps which gets uploaded after data resetting.
It's a glitch in software and Samsung should rectify it so reporting is important. 🙏
