Google play store crash

There is a google play crash shown in device care app.But using google play has no issues.It is working properly and i have not seen any crashes but device care app shows google play crashed.Is it correct or a bug in device care.

It may have crashed in the background.

Yeah but why it crashes.I also resetted the phones multiple times. Is it bcoz of bug in play store

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
