Google Play System Update Stuck and Inconsistent Animations on One UI 8

I updated my Galaxy A06 4G to One UI 8 and recently did a factory reset. MyGoogle Play system update is still stuck on July 1, 2025.

Also, I noticed inconsistent animations — sometimes thebouncy animation is missing when swiping the quick panel/notification panel.

Anyone else facing this?
