Google Play System Update Issue After One UI 8 Update & Factory Reset

After updating my A55 to One UI 8, I performed a factory reset. Before the reset, my Google Play System Update showed the September 2025. Now, after the factory reset, it has reverted to July 2025, and it will not update to the September 2025 patch. I have reset my phone again, but the situation remains the same.

​Can anyone advise on how to resolve this and successfully get the latest Google Play System Update?

The One UI 8 update currently incorporates only the July Security Update.

Devices upgraded from One UI 7, which included the September security update, retain the same security update within One UI 8.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. When is this issue getting fixed? It's been the same for me since one ui 8 beta and now I'm on stable build with October security patch. It's ridiculous that samsung is ignoring bugs related to security. Any officials from samsung please respond.

Same bro I'm also getting frustrated but most of the phones running on July play system only. I'm daily checking for new update and worrying my phone will get or no, but I think this is fault from Google so they will release soon
