After updating apps in Google Play Store 35 MB downloaded and at the end it says 0 Bits Installed. I have cleared all my cache from all the app.

Yes, I regularly reset my phone after every 3 to 4 months 😎 😅

Yeah,but by that time the phone would have got updates 2 or 3 times ,so no harm has happened atleast none till now.

Bro thats not a bug, it means that your app is updated.
See there it's written "0 B • Installed", it has a '•' in between so it tells u that your app is installed(or updated).
