First of all, if you have installed any third-party launcher, consider removing that. Because most of the launcher is not optimized for a particular spec sheet. Next, do a hard reboot. Turn off your Samsung Galaxy and restart it again.

Also if the problem still arises, you need to perform a factory reset. Go to setting > Backup & Reset > Factory Reset your phone. Make sure to take the necessary backup.

just 4 steps...

turn off data during call and music
turn of gps if its on
dont charge ur mobile for too long , just unplug while it full,
excessive use of heavy games with sound option on..

i have Samsung A30 too ,the heating was due to low signal when I used cellular data ,then I switched my sim and had a strong signal and the problem is no more. Even now when I am in a place where signal is low and I try to use cellular data it starts to warm up

I m facing Camera issue in A30 where Wide lens and Panorama option give Camera error. Any solution???

just chk it if it works..

go to camera setting>camera modes>edit modes ,, and see checks for wide and panorama,,
if it works just click on 3 dots and accept solution,,
if this not work then factory reset ur handset,,
if this not work then update ur camera or software version,,
if problem still exist then contact with samsung customer care. .

I have purchased Samsung A10s 5 days ago but i m still facing Proximity sensor issue. sensor is not working properly when I call someone and put away my phone from ear the screen could not active.i have already update the software.
Please help me because its so annoying.
