Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

Also that might happen when your phone is charged wrongfully, phone only needs yo be charged when it shows charge or empty and must be left and charged to full capacity.
