Its because you will recognized as in an unsupported region. You need to be on a vpn. Connect to USA or India server

Remove your sim card > spoof your geo location with a VPN > open the app info about the Galaxy Store > delete the storage and cache data and then open the Galaxy Store. It always works for me.

An alternative is downloading Fine lock or Nice Lock from the Play store but it's a bit more tedious process since you'll have to manually update and sideload apps.
