I have had my Samsung galaxy a05 for 6 months and recently I've been getting a huge problem. The phone freezes and touches multiple spots on the screen but itself. it is not the screen protector as i took it off and it still happened. the only way to get the phone working again is to turn it off and on again which is frustrating since it happens vrey frequently. Please can anyone help?
