My A32 starts to Ghost touch whenever I activate my accidental touch prevention. This issue usually arises from accidental touches and there is nothing I can do but soft reset my phone.

Hi, Malakia please check your accessibility settings, you may have a mobility assistant enabled.

To check your accessibility settings go to

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Accessibility.

Kindly advise if you have a screen protector on your device?

If yes, please replace your screen protector with a new one as it may be the cause of the accidental touch.

I don't have any mobility assistants enabled and I don't have a protector yet. Phone is brand new. I just disabled accidental touch prevention and hope it gets fixed with a software update or something.
