We acknowledge your query regarding the ghost touch in your device kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.
Check your charger: If your charger is damaged, it may not supply power to your device, which may cause the touch screen to malfunction. In this case, use a different, undamaged charger to prevent this issue. It’s also a good idea to avoid using the touchscreen when the device is charging.
Check for Software updates: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. If new software is available, you can choose to Install it now or Schedule an installation.
Optimize device performance: The Device Care feature will improve your phone's overall performance by scanning for wasted storage space and other potential issues. Navigate to and open Settings > Battery and device care > Optimize now.
