Gesture Navigation - Downward Spiral in UI 3.1

It seems Gesture Navigation is on downward spiral in UI 3.1

In Android 10 UI 2.1 it was not working with third party launcher with gesture navigation.

In UI 3.1 it is affecting apps and still doesn't work properly with third party launchers in gesture mode.

And now another issue which I thought was issue with Firefox. But it is issue with Gesture navigation.

Notice the top image on the website.

It gets truncated as soon as I scroll down.

The issue with Lawnchair is not there. But if navigation gesture are broken in UI, no matter which launcher you use those issues will be there.

I have added the video with Nova launcher. When you scroll the apps in recent tasks, sometimes bottom pill will move but app will not scroll.
Concentrate on bottom pill and you will notice pill is moving but app is not scrolling.

Plus my 2 issues are still there.
