I have a Galaxy A35 5G. Recently the Gallery App has caused the phone to crash and restart the phone, when I got to certain pictures. These pictures have been on my phone for a year without issue. I cleared the data and Cache. I have also done a soft reboot. This seems to have started after the July 15th update. It also disconnects my "phone link to windows"

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

Kindly try to restart in safe mode to figure out whether the issue came from third party app or not.

Enabling Safe Mode:

"To start your device in Safe Mode, you'll need to power off your device first. Then, press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously until the power options appear. Tap and hold on 'Power off' until you see the 'Safe Mode' option, then tap on 'Safe Mode' to activate it."

Identifying Issues in Safe Mode:

"Once in Safe Mode, all third-party applications will be temporarily disabled. You can then test your device to see if the issue persists. This helps determine whether a third-party app is causing the problem."

Exiting Safe Mode:

"If you wish to exit Safe Mode and return to the normal operating mode, simply restart your device. Upon reboot, your device will exit Safe Mode, and all apps will be available for use again."
