Galaxy store apps are not being downloaded/updated

I am facing subject issue since last month. I have tried cache and storage clear but issue didn't resolve.

This problem occurs when you change the region of your phone by some software.
If not so, then this problem should be temporary.

I didn't change my region, its set to Pakistan.

Store may be in maintenance mode.
So wait without worry

I restored my phone. The problem was resolved at cost of data loss
