Hey members. I have a major issue with this app, this app isn't working properly I use Samsung members app for 2 years, I had a galaxy j7 2016, in that phone i didn't face any problems while opening this app and working good, however in this device (a70) app doesn't open most of time, it stucks in Samsung members logo. I have been trying to open it for long time but I couldn't nd now it works . I don't understand why the **bleep** this happens

Uninstall it and then download from Galaxy App Srore.

Cleared all data? Start on wi-fi.

sometimes if network is slow, then also you see the app hang issue. i have seen it in my m30s sometimes

clear samsung members app cache. try restarting your device

Bhai..this app has problems..it requires strong network..last month, my device was facing similar issue..but now there is no such issue..ho jayega apne aap thik..
