Galaxy a50 android 10 update failure

I updated my a50 device to the android 10 update and after installing the update the device got stuck on the samsung logo screen. I took it to the service center and they said if the update is paused while downloading this issue happens. I don't understand.

Have they solved your problem?

If data connection interrupts during download update package might become corrupt and installation will fail.

They reinstalled the OS android 9. all data lost

🤯. Next time take a backup using smart switch before update.

I also faced same issue then I did some how factory reset to my device then it start working fine with updated android os 10

They are rolling half backed update which is causing boot stuck in many phones that's why they rolled back the udpate for A50.

But remember to take a backup of important files before updating OS cuz there is no guarantee that your data would be safe in updating process.

Even I thought my phone got stuck in boot loop....but it's working fine
