Galaxy a30 battery drain

I charge my a30 device to 100% then it works fine full day when battery reaches to 20% it drops continuously to 0% it don't stop

sometimes it happened bro check next time , if same issue occurs
then consider as problem

To resolve battery issue kindly follow the below step given below:-

- Battery optimization:- Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

or try contacting service centre
or try ro reset your phone
