Galaxy A72 mic issue muffled, interrupted voice on calls on other end

Bought my Galaxy A72 last month. Since day 1 people on calls(whatsapp and other) are complaining that voice from my end is muffled, feels trapped, suppressed interrupted and low quality. My phone is software up-to date. Also did factory reset and still problem persists
