My phone's auto rotate has stopped functioning afted update to UI 3.1

Hi Moderator, this problem is persistent. It temporarily gets resolved when I restart but again erupts in few hours.
I can't keep restarting the phone
I understand either is a bug or something

Hi Community Members, is there any solution in sight? This problem is persisting that "Auto rotate" is not working. I have tried to reset the phone.
