Galaxy A71 has so many glitches on the Call/Phone App. 

It freezes, and lags when you hang up a call.

Basically for a 6GB RAM device, this is trash.

Front camera has switched from 32MP to 21MP Front Camera ever since the April/June update.

Please reset your device settings and perform a s oft reset

1. Please go to settings>> general management>> reset >> reset settings

2. Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update>> Storage>> Clear Cache.

3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
