I have been facing Device Heating and Battery Drainage issues since last update of Android 11 with One UI 3.1 in my Galaxy A71 phone last February 2021. Since then I have contacted Samsung Customer Care several times, visited Service Center as per advice from Samsung Customer Care to resolve the issue. My phone was reset twice but problem could not be resolved. I am fully disappointed with the Service Center as well as Customer Care for their inability to address and resolve my problems. I never found them technically sound. I always use Samsung products and suggest others to use Samsung products. However now I feel cheated and loosing faith on Samsung products. I am still awaiting concrete response from Samsung officials to resolve long pending issues immediately.

Please don't send me mechanical/automated reply. As indicated in my post, I have already tried everything with no results. Please stop sending us solutions without knowing and understanding the problems. We never expected such irresponsible action from Samsung.
Battery Drainage and Heating Issues still continues even after latest April Security Patch Update. I request Samsung senior officials to look into this long pending matter and resolve this issue as quick as possible.
