I didn't find extra dim option,it's not present neither notification panel nor visibility enhancement.

Go to setting > update the accessibility > after the update click on three dots > edit buttons u will find the extra dim features

Update accessibility app in galaxy store . Then open the notification panel click 3 dot> edit buttons ; then drag the extra dim feature to where you want to place it .
