Galaxy A71 Bug

I noticed a new bug in Samsung galaxy A71  

When u toggle on "Adaptive power saving" mode then changing speed reduce  means phone charged very slowly 

Did anyone notice this

because power is saved during low power mode therefore cpu speed minimise to 70% as default and screen brightness.

therefore charging is slow...when wifi,and other functions also run so battery is used also so charging is also slow
