Frequent issues with the main lower speaker on playing media, occurs 100% of the time after a phonecard. Also notice this issue occurred after headphones were unplugged and also did not send media audio to connected Bluetooth device. Seems like a software issue. Have had device less than a week and going to return if this issue can't be resolved.

To resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:
1. Disconnect all accessories :
>>Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, selfie stick, headphone, Bluetooth, etc.
>>Remove any third-party case.
2. Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
>>Tap on Settings> Tap on General Management> Tap on Reset.
If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
