What is wrong with my phone I'm not able to unlock my phone. Half display is dim and half is normal , and fingerprint scanner is also not working .WHATT IS THISS SAMSUNG.

This looks like a software glitch, you can try restarting the device.

First, do a force restart, then if the problem still exists, then take it to the place where you bought it
If it's under warranty then they will solve this problem

2. Galaxy device display issue: ● Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off. Kindly power buttons on the device after by pressing power for 5-7 seconds.
