Other A54s just received the September update about 2 days ago. This has to do with the region

Yeah, depend on region .
I had this update in June 2023

It's actually not the August update but one ui5.1.1 enhancements. Look at the size of the update. I had 2 August Updates on S21ULTRA. The first one was security updates and the second one was one UI 5.1.1 enhancements

Contacts

The Call Background menu has been moved to Contact Details.
