I purchased Galaxy A52s but now on Amazon S20 FE 5G is available at almost same price and its a flagship device so should i exchange my A52s and buy S20 FE 5G or not ?

U will lose some good amount of money by doing so. Ofcourse if u want those flagship cameras,go for it. Otherwise it's not wise to lose money.

Major difference is camera quality. If you are not a camera freak. Upgrade not advisable for the money you lose

Nope no differences,u will get exactly same user experience. The only difference would be camera, especially the telephoto lens. Even in the primary cam,u won't find a day and night difference. I would say save your money. And in fe you will not get the headphone jack too,if u care.
