Galaxy A52s hotspot issue

Hi everyone. 

When I use mobile hotspot on my phone, it keeps turning off by itself. What could be the reason it is doing so?

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it😁

Nope. I just turn wifi off and turn hotspot on

That's strange..Something must be blocking the feature to switch off by itself...Maybe a bug or something...I know if you have datasaver on then it won't work..maybe contact your service provider or Samsung!!!....

Yep, got same issue yesterday with my A22, my carrier told me that they did activated any restrictions whatsoever.
The issue may be in relation to the last software update in dec 2022.

Just go to phone settings and click on "reset all settings" the problem gonna be solved
