Hi All,

I am facing or came to know about this issue while ago.

When phone is charging it is difficult to use it even for normal usage like texting etc...

App drawer, open app container starts shaking and touch response also degrads. Anyone seeing this issue on A52s 5g india.

Tell bot that you want human agent . Message it again and again

Talked to human agent as well but same solution. Lastly they said you can visit service center. So I came here to check if its with everyone or its just me out there facing this issue.

I have checked it again on my device with couple of apps but I am not facing any such problem.

I am writing this comment with device on charging.

I would suggest you to visit service center if issue is frequent. If you are from India then device is under warranty.

Don't use it while charging it will heat up and the charging will be very slow

This problem found in m01 also. I can't use the mobile while charging
