That updated a lot quicker, my m21 took 45 minutes to update....
It seems like it got updated in less than 7 minutes....

just disable App cloud from setting- apps , search - app cloud

I too didn't got any in June update but in July update their are 2 unwanted apps added? Did I enabled something?or may be I accepted something while setting up the phone

after all updates from may i haven't got a single unwanted app, no bloatware, just nothing....because you have to disable the "App Cloud" , this thing is the reason for unwanted apps after updates
