Checkvif it's showing enabled or disabled
or
swipe down notification panel and tap on secure folder Button
or
you can check it inside biometrics and security

when tap on secure folder button phone will restarted

if before update it was there then do reset settings and lets see
go to settings >general Management >reset settings
