Galaxy A51 review after almost a year..

So.. I brought this phone in September 2020. IT costed me around 17k (discounted as I sold my old Nokia 6.1plus) (22k was the original price).

Unboxing this phone brought with my own income gave me some satisfaction equalled to the satisfaction I got when I found a charger and earphone in the box. The clear condom case gave me a sense of relaxation that even though my phone will look like it has jaundice yet it will be safe when I throw it on the sofa to run and grab my zomato order.

Display is really awesome, bright enough for the outside viewing and legit vibrant colours. I normally waste a good amount of data on youtube and boi this never dissapoints with the display quality. The headshot camera cutout is not obstrusive and after a few minutes of use you wont even notice. 

Battery has been like a true friend for me .. it has lasted me all day (7am to 11pm) .. I normally do stuffs other than gaming on my device and it lasts very well with around 10-15% remaining at the end of the day. Charging is fast enough that I can wake up and put my phone on charge and then by the time the cab arrives the phone is charged to 100%.

 Music quality on the headphones is same as what "A" stands for in the name (checkout Samsung advertisement for that). The Speakers are decent but a stereo would have been better (Not complaining as you dont always get everything right, this isnt government job). Call quality on the speakers are loud enough that I am able to hear my Mother telling me to get dhania while returning. 

Camera makes me look good as I am not single anymore and the ultrawide angle lens is wider than most phones in this price segment thus allowing me to capture the unwanted momos wala standing infront of the mall building. Samsung has basically given us the extra sukha puri (that we all deserve) in the form of 5MP depth and macro camera as opposed to the 2MP ones i.e not needed much but the presense makes us feel happy. The 32MP selfie shooter makes her look good thus making both of us happy. 

Coming to the performance, I like carryminati roasts more than the gaming streams as I am a non-gamer. As far as the day to day usage goes the animations are smooth, no app crashes and Youtube (Vanced/gareebon ka YT Premium)works smooth. Phone is not for gamers. 

Samsung software is helpful, the one handed use helps me a lot while I am riding my bike and my friend calls to ask to ask where I have reached. The amoled blacks gives me batman vibes. There is enough customization that it makes me feel like iphone user without goodlock and android user with goodlock.

Signal reception is so reliable that I can call my girlfriend to tell her that I am coming asap when she texts she is alone at home. Internet speed with carrier aggregation is fast enough that I can watch netflix shows on telegram.

Overall an Ideally practical day to day usage phone with good stuffs which has been kind to me.

The best case for Samsung is spigen. It's worth it. It is available in Amazon, visit their brand page in Amazon.

I use a ₹60 case bought from local market.. because the same case was available on amazon at ₹199.

Oh do check out the Spigen cases, it is like Apple of mobile cases, especially the tough armor case.
