Galaxy A51 new software update problems

This is galaxy a51 , i updated the software  today , and I'm facing following issues after update

1) No sound playing, No sound incoming or outgoing 

2) battery draining

3) lagging a lot 

 4) i can't play audios

 5) i can't recive and make calls answers through audio 

6) i can't play videos 

7) the phone speakers and microphone are not working 

And Internet network slow problem.

How to fix it🙏

Indian Version Variant only! I don't know do you get or if you have October 1st security patch it should fix the problem because I am using M30 sum are using M31, M30 and A series phone and the update is much better there is battery drain but it has reduced and no heating if you are having heating issues as well also there might be some new features!
