My Samsung phone Galaxy A51 screen damage happened with just a fall when I went for my morning walk. This phone has been purchased on 18th October 2020 and the screen damage happened on 3rd November 2020. I am personally disappointed as before purchasing I did a lot of research and purchased this phone but as the phone claims to have features like damage- and scratch-resistant Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 this should not have happened with just a fall.
The sales guys also advised me to put a screen guard and phone case. So why claim to have such features then.
damage or screen resistant but obviously at certain limit bro, this is only Corning glass 3, if you dropp 6 then also can be damage after all these are glass, these have a certain limit your research didn't went in right direction
