Dear samsung
There is a problem in devices sound as no sound is comming and also an issue of battery drain. It's happening only after the update. Earlier my device was okay. 
Please find a solution fast.

Yes... I also faced it. And got rid of.
You can also fix it by simple ways...
"goto setting>general management >reset>reset all settings " it's very safe and no data loosing... 👍

Dear, before you reset your all settings you can check it by another way
"Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > turn off 'Mute all Sounds' "
If this not works then you do reset your all settings. It will surely work. 👍
