Galaxy AYou can also fix it by simple ways...
"goto setting>general management >reset>reset all settings " it's very safe and no data loosing... 👍

Galaxy A"Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > turn off 'Mute all Sounds' "
If this not works then you do reset your all settings. It will surely work. 👍
