1.Use 12mp mode (4:3) aspect ratio.
2.Turn on HDR always
3.Clean the camera cover glass befoee taking shots. Make sure no smudges and finger prints in the camera cover glass.
4. Use gimble or some support devices for steady shot
5. Turn off scene optimiser
6. In low light condition use night mode. Use a flat surface and hold the mobile for 3 seconds.
Make sure focus is correct or not.Sometimes focus may missed and get blurred image.
use mobile holder for better night shots

1. Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache/data).


2. Reset the Device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset:- Settings>General Management>Reset.


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
