Galaxy A50 Update issue

I haven't received android 10 update on my Galaxy A50 yet, its april 14th and many A50 have received android 10 why haven't i received yet is there problem in my device  ?

due to some bugs they took the update back , but may be due to covid 19 it's getting late to you guys

just format your phone dude.....

i think you like below comment alot so.....here it is again....

look samsung is very bad in providing OS updates....samsung only provide you new phone every 3 months....but dont buy samsung products if we need OS updates....

buy iphone... honestly even after 5 years i still got the update...
